Reverb10 – Day 6 – Makin’ It
December 6 – Make. What was the last thing you made? What materials did you use? Is there something you want to make, but you need to clear some time for it? (Author: Gretchen Rubin)
A Making Skipping Song
Make your mark, mark your place.
Meet your maker, mark its face.
Make a mess, it’s fun to do;
Make a spy and he’ll mark you.
Blend the makeup ’round your eyes,
Make-up all your failed tries,
When you argue, make amends,
Or you’ll be making all new friends.
Making out with all the boys,
Making trouble, making noise.
A sandwich made with stale bread,
Will make your lunch a thing of dread.
With all the making everyday,
You need new space to put away,
the bits and bobs that you have gushed;
So cut it out. We’re getting crushed.
You are so far past awesome you are almost going to catch your own awesome tail.
This is amazing. But I have the solution to the getting crished- give it away and start again.
