Junk Food Iron Chef

You know what would be really cool? Iron Chef, but with processed foods as the mystery ingredients.

Think of it: Spam en croute with a jus of Diet Coke and Sunny Delight.

Instant mashed potatoes au gratin. Made with Cheez Whiz.

Puritan Stew in a miso reduction.

Ripple Chip tempura.

To watch, of course. Not to actually eat.

I would TOTALLY watch that show.
I use very few processed foods in cooking these days, but I do have one major fallback junk food position: White-Trash Tofu.
Take Tofu, and slice it how you will, and then shake it in the shake-n-bake and stick it in the oven.
Serve with mashed potato and some sort of steamed veggie, and sometimes, honey-mustard for the dipping.

You could practically compete with a recipe like that!
