You know those “Every time you …. God kills a kitten” posters, including the ones with the DomoKuns and everything? These are the source photos. Some are quite beautiful, even if you do find yourself thinking “Needs more Domokun.”
I want one of these little robots really badly, BUT, I can also see how they’d be used for their intended purpose, so it also cool in a more geeky kinda way.

Keepon is a small creature-like robot developed to perform emotional and attentional interaction with children. It has four degrees of freedom, a soft rubber skin, two cameras in its eyes, and a microphone in its nose.
