“SYMPTOMS You experience intermittent connectivity when you try to connect to a network from a computer that is running Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft Windows Server 2003. If the computer connects to the network, you may receive the following error message: The Windows Time Service was not able to find a Domain Controller. A time and date update was not possible.
