I saw two girls at the corner of Georgia and Granville a couple of weeks ago holding up a sign just like that, “FREE HUGS”. I was on the bus. I watched as one of the girls gave a panhandler a hug. Kinda made me feel warm but curious. It’s nice to know the story behind it all.
